Zine io LLC provides professional services: sales consulting, closing, sales-team management and reporting. We do not sell physical products. This policy explains when fees paid to us can be refunded. If you have signed a proposal or service agreement with us, its terms prevail over this policy.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel in writing before the agreed start date, we refund in full any amount you paid in advance for that engagement.
2. Monthly engagements
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance for each service period. You may cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no further fees are invoiced after that. Fees for a period that has already started are not refundable, except as described in section 4.
3. Fixed-scope projects
For projects with a defined scope, fees for work already delivered are not refundable. If a project is stopped before completion, we refund any prepaid amount that corresponds to work not yet performed.
4. If we do not deliver
If we fail to deliver a service as agreed and cannot correct it within a reasonable time after your written notice, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for the part of the service not delivered.
5. Results
Our fees pay for the work performed, not for a specific sales outcome. Sales results depend on factors outside our control, such as your offer, your pricing and the quality of your leads, so the level of results alone is not a ground for refund.
6. How to request a refund
Write to contact@zine-io.com with your company name, the invoice number and the reason for your request, within 30 days of the invoice date. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
