Zine io LLC sells professional services only: sales consulting, closing, sales-team management and reporting. This policy explains how those services are delivered.
1. No physical products
We do not sell, ship or deliver physical products, and no shipping fees apply.
2. How services are delivered
- Sessions and calls take place remotely, by video call or phone.
- Deliverables such as audits, scripts, process documents and reports are delivered electronically, by email or through a shared online folder.
- When a service runs inside your own tools, such as your CRM or calendar, we work in them with the access you grant us.
3. Delivery timelines
Start dates, timelines and delivery schedules are set in each proposal or service agreement. If a delay occurs on our side, we inform you by email as soon as possible, with a revised date.
4. Physical items
If an engagement ever requires sending a physical item, the method, cost and timeline will be agreed in writing before anything is shipped.
