Zine io provides sales consulting, closing, sales-team management and performance reporting services to businesses. Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or service agreement that sets out its scope, fees, timeline and deliverables. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms and currency are stated in each proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Late payment may lead to the suspension of services. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. No guarantee of results
We apply professional care and tested methods, but sales results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, conversion rate or number of sales.
5. Confidentiality
We treat the information clients share with us for an engagement, such as leads, call recordings, scripts and sales data, as confidential. We use it only to deliver the services and disclose it only to service providers bound by confidentiality or when the law requires it.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this Website, including its text, design and logo, belongs to Zine io LLC and may not be copied without our permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is defined in that client’s agreement.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zine io LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the three months before the claim.
